1: To prioritize earning or saving money over spending it. Saving a substantial amount of money to invest.

  * e.g.,  ... If I want to get something nice for Christmas, I have to start stacking up before I stock up. If you want to make good money buying shares, you have to stack up before you stock up. 

 [ "Your stock just went up" ]

1: Gaining new or increased respect, credibility, appeal, attention, and/or regard. To gain a positive opinion about or interest in.

  * e.g.,  ... I didn't know much about you but when I found out you wrote for "The Onion" your stock just went up with me.

1: It's used when we watch a streamer or video that we find entertaining, it can trigger the release of serotonin in our brain, which can contribute to positive emotions such as smiling.
